  My husband and I have purchased a lawnmower, chain saw, and snow blower from Middlesex Power. My husband works so I am the one who deals with all service required our equipment. The employees at MP are helpful, respectful, and very patient. Their prices are fair and they go out of their way help me. They have even explained to me how to properly maintain my equipment - like always using fresh gas!! All repairs and tuneups have been completed on time and I’ve never had to bring any equipment back. Two thumbs up for their service department!! Thanks Tony for providing such great service!!

  Abysmal customer service. Charged over $250 to fix a lawnmower that upon return does not even start. They said it sounds like water in the gas, but they changed the gas tank and put the new gas in! The lawnmower does not fit in our small car and they refuse to come and pick it up without charging for that too. This place is garbage. Stay away.
