  We've been using Honest-1 for the past year for our 4 cars. We've found them to be fair, thorough, easy to work with, and true to their name--honest. Recently I brought my car in due to wires dangling from the front end. Honest-1 addressed the issue quickly and sent me on my way without a charge. Who does that these days?! Thanks, Honest-1. We'll be back.

  My husband and I discovered honest 1 when we moved to the area 5 years ago and have since never considered taking our cars elsewhere. We have had many inferior experience with a variety of other auto mechanics. You truly cannot trust your vehicle maintenance and/or diagnostics to a better group of highly qualified, honest, and caring individuals-all under one roof! Every single time I have had an issue, the owner Mark escorts me to my vehicle and teaches me something new about the mechanics of my car. The client service manager Stanford is patient, kind, and just a pleasure to interact with. We've built a life long relationship with this establishment that has FAR exceeded our expectations in terms of quality work, and excellent service. We continue to recommend honest-1 auto care of Middlesex to friends, family, and anyone looking for an auto mechanic that values you as a client-not your wallet.
