  This is the worst doctors office I have ever been to. I took my mother here and they did a biopsy of something on her back and lost it. I called to get the results and they asked me if I went someplace else to get it done, I said no I had it done there. They said oh ok we must have sent it to the other lab I will call you back, called me back and said they would have the results for another 10 days, mind you it had been 7 days already. Then they never ever called me back. Every time I call they say they will have someone call me back but never do. The office is small and dirty. I do not recommend going here at all.

  New patients can only be scheduled before 5. I was rescheduled last minute for the very next day, because of a winter storm. I had to talk to my boss and request more time off. Once I got to the location, I found it to be closed. I was not informed through email or phone call that this would be the case. I called to see if I went to the wrong location, but I did not. Even if the location was open, the doctor I needed to see does not even work on the day I went. They offered to reschedule, but I have decided to give up on this company. My experience with them is unique due to the storm that we had so it is very biased. I'm sure the company isn't that bad, but I really needed to vent.
